Le Ali del Frassino offers two different restaurants: Ardea Purpurea, located on the terrace of the charming early twentieth century villa, and Il Tuffetto grill restaurant, for delicious meals by the side of the spectacular pool.
ARDEA PURPUREA
Ardea Purpurea is the main restaurant of Le Ali del Frassino Resort. It is located in the enchanting Villa of the beginning of the XX century and it is named after the graceful red Heron, which lives in the Lake Frassino oasis. He also is the protagonist of the ornaments realized on the restaurant walls. The big dining room, entirely suspended on the lake, offers a selected menu, in which the local products and their quality are the basis of a refined and elegant service, like the surrounding location. In addition to the seasonal proposals, the staff will also suggest you tasty gourmet pizzas, which are realized with stone-ground flour.
Ardea Purpurea, like the other restaurants of the Ristoclassique group, is open both for lunch and dinner. With its wide rooms, it is the ideal place for groups and important situations, too.
