When the sun begins to rise over the Oasi del Frassino and the lake fills with light, the body awakens together with nature.
Starting Friday, June 5th, Le Ali del Frassino will host Tittyoga Alba: dynamic yoga sessions immersed in the peaceful atmosphere of the early morning, surrounded by the breath of the trees, the silence of the water, and the authentic energy of sunrise.
A fluid and regenerating practice designed to release tension, improve focus and balance, and help reconnect more deeply with yourself. Practicing in nature makes every breath feel more intense, enhances the sense of wellbeing, and transforms movement into an even more harmonious experience.
