The fruity white signed Ristoclassique that tells of the liveliness of the Oasi del Frassino
Today the harvest begins!
From these highly prized Johanniter, Bronner and Sauvignon kretos grapes, cultivated strictly with organic methods, L'Ontano will be produced.
A white wine rich in fruity and floral aromas, with an intense, savoury and fresh flavour.
The name comes from the tree in the naturalistic oasis of Lake Ash that frames the vineyard.
This is the second production and after last year's great success we have decided to include it in the wine lists of all our restaurants.
