Cheese Tasting and Pairing - 26th November, 16:00 to 17:30 - Pavillon Restaurant

On the occasion of the Pavillon Cheese event, we would like to point out the unmissable MASTER CLASS of cheese tasting and pairing, a unique experience led by Chiara Tosi of ONAF Verona!

When: 26th November, from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Where: Peschiera del Garda, Pavillon Restaurant, Gallery of the Officers' Pavilion

An extraordinary occasion to involve fans of gastronomic culture and give the territory an unprecedented tasting experience.
The protagonists of the evening will be the dairy products of La Casara, which has been creating unique cheese varieties with passion and enthusiasm for three generations, keeping intact the ancient production and maturing recipes.
Accompanying the tasting will be the fine wines of Corte Sant'Alda di Marinella Camerani, identified as one of the greatest interpreters of the historical wines of Valpolicella, winner of the special Vignaiola dell'Anno award in the Gambero Rosso's guide Vini d'Italia 2024
But cheeses do not only go well with wines.
For lovers experimenting with new pairings, we will surprise you with unique combinations of beers from the Lesster Craft Brewery.

You will enjoy a fine ambience that celebrates the best of cheese gastronomy, you will have the opportunity to discuss cheese and wine with experts and producers of local excellence.
